Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and presentable Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform various administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, offering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, parents, students, and guests in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining records
Schedule and manage appointments/meetings
Coordinate with staff and support various school office operations
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols
Provide support during admissions and events (if applicable)
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
Professional appearance and pleasant personality
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
Customer-service oriented
