Greet visitors, clients, and vendors courteously and guide them appropriately.
Handle incoming calls, manage the switchboard, and route calls to the right departments.
Maintain visitor records and ensure access control protocols.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier/letters.
Assist with basic administrative tasks like data entry, appointment scheduling, and file management.
Coordinate with HR/Admin for meeting room bookings and guest arrangements.
Provide general support to staff and management when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Hindi/Gujarati as needed).
Pleasant, confident, and well-groomed personality.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and handle front desk operations smoothly.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
