Greeter Requirements: o Qualification: Graduation o Experience: Minimum 2-5 years post qualifications. o Salary Band : Upto 3.60 Lpa o Age: 25 to 30 years. o Job Location: Retail Division- Harit Zaveri : o Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance in selecting and purchasing jewellery. o Working with Store Managers to determine the best means to keep the customers informed and engaged. o Help keep track of how many guests are seen throughout the day. o Provide advice or direct guests to the appropriate sales associate. o Schedule follow-up appointments or calls. o Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment. o Ensure customers have a positive experience, including answering any questions they may have. o Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. o Keep the store clean and organized according to company standards. Key Qualities: - o Proven work experience as a Greeter or similar role. o Basic computer knowledge. o Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred. o Ability to work independently with little supervision. o Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. o The candidate may be required to perform additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by their Reporting Manager / Superior/Management, apart from those mentioned in the job description.
