A receptionist is responsible for managing a company's front desk, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers by greeting guests, answering phones, and directing inquiries. Key duties include scheduling appointments, handling mail and office supplies, and performing administrative tasks like data entry and filing. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to maintain a professional and welcoming environment while ensuring smooth office operations. Core responsibilities

Visitor and client management:

Greet visitors, manage the visitor log, and provide a welcoming and professional first impression.

Communication:

Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and other messages, and take messages for employees.

Scheduling:

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and book meeting rooms for staff.

Administrative support:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, perform data entry, and assist with filing and other clerical tasks.

Office maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized reception area, monitor and order office supplies, and ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
