to manage our front desk and assist visitors. The ideal candidate will be polite, professional, and capable of handling day-to-day office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Handle courier, mail, and delivery management.
Assist with administrative tasks like data entry and filing.
Support HR and Admin teams with daily operations.
Maintain visitor records and follow company security procedures.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a front office role (preferred).
