Responsibilities:
Data entry and database updates
Email follow-ups and report preparation
Internal coordination between departments
Maintaining hard and soft copies of records
Supporting accounts/admin/HR teams as required
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
