Visitor and guest management:

Greeting visitors, providing assistance, and directing them to the appropriate people.

Communication:

Answering and redirecting phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails.

Administrative support:

Organizing and maintaining files, creating documents and spreadsheets, and performing general office coordination.

Mail and logistics:

Sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, and tracking couriers.

Office upkeep:

Managing office supplies, booking meeting rooms, and operating office equipment.

Scheduling:

Handling appointments and coordinating with different departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
