Job Description

Key responsibilities

Front desk management:

Greet and welcome visitors, ensure the reception area is tidy and organized, and manage visitor sign-in logs and security passes.

Communication:

Answer and direct phone calls, screen calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries in person, by phone, or email.

Administrative support:

Schedule appointments and meetings, handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, perform data entry, and assist with filing and other clerical tasks.

Office support:

Maintain office supplies, assist with making travel arrangements, and help with other administrative duties as needed.
Required skills

Customer service:

A friendly and professional demeanor to create a positive first impression.

Organization:

The ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and a busy front desk area.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and visitors.

Multitasking:

The capability to handle various administrative and customer-facing duties simultaneously.
