Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules.
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
Coordinate with staff and management for office-related support.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.
Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
Presentable and well-mannered personality.
