Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, and redirect them appropriately.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Coordinate courier and postal services (incoming and outgoing).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.
Assist in office administration tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
Handle inquiries about the office and provide accurate information.
Liaise with housekeeping and facility staff to ensure smooth operations.
Support the HR/Admin team in organizing office events and activities.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and raise requisitions as required.
