Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests with warmth and professionalism
Ensure a pleasant and comfortable guest experience from arrival to departure
Answer and direct phone calls courteously
Manage appointment schedules and visitor logs
Handle daily administrative and front-office tasks (mail, couriers, filing, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Serve refreshments and ensure guest hospitality standards are maintained
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings, deliveries, or visitor needs
Support HR/Admin in onboarding, document collection, and coordination
Requirements
Prior experience in front office, reception, or hospitality roles preferred
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Polished appearance, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
