in BIT - Baroda Institute of Technology.

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff. The role involves managing the front desk efficiently, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the institute.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to appropriate departments. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier deliveries. Coordinate with administrative and academic departments for smooth communication. Assist in basic data entry, filing, and documentation tasks. Handle student queries and complaints politely and efficiently. Support the admission process and maintain inquiry records.

Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline). Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive, preferably in an educational setup. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations. Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, and professional attitude.

Work Schedule:



Full-time - 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Salary:

Rs. 10000/- to Rs. 15000/- P.M
