Key Responsibilities:
Receive and answer calls with courtesy
Transfer calls to the correct department or person

Fluent in spoken and written English
Prior experience in receptionist or customer service role is a plus
Good internet connection (for remote work)
Familiarity with call handling tools (e.g., VoIP)
