We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and presentable
Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
to be the first point of contact at our textile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage the front office area, greet visitors and clients, handle phone calls, and perform basic administrative support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Operations:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, vendors, and employees courteously
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Visitor Management:
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor appointments
Inform employees about the arrival of guests
Administrative Support:
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Manage office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary
Assist HR/Admin in scheduling interviews and internal meetings
Communication Handling:
Manage incoming emails and correspondence at the front desk
Coordinate inter-departmental communications when needed
Record Keeping:
Maintain attendance records of visitors, vendors, and temporary staff
Keep updated contact lists and emergency numbers
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pleasing personality and professional appearance
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
