The Front Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. They manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Ensure compliance with security procedures by monitoring visitor logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless office operations.
Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements if required.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation is must require
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Work Environment:
Office setting with frequent interaction with clients, employees, and visitors.
May require standing or sitting for extended periods.
