Guest & Visitor Management



Greeting visitors:

Welcoming guests, providing direction, and ensuring they are directed to the correct person or department. Form filling,

Communication & Inquiries



Answering phones:

Receiving, screening, and forwarding calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Handling inquiries:

Providing accurate information to visitors and callers, and responding to general questions.

Message taking:

Taking messages for staff members when they are unavailable and ensuring they are relayed promptly. Coordinate with office boy for tea/Coffee, water for guest as well as Back office and senior management staff.



Administrative & Operational Support



Mail and deliveries:

Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages.

Scheduling:

Managing appointments, meetings, and events for staff members.

Filing and records:

Maintaining organized files and records and performing other clerical duties such as photocopying and scanning.

Office supplies:

Keeping an inventory of office supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders for replacements.

Office Presentation



Reception area maintenance:

Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
