Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain visitor records and manage the front desk area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mails/couriers.
Coordinate with staff for appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Assist with basic administrative and clerical support (filing, data entry, photocopying).
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of reception area.
