Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; provide accurate information when required.
Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier, letters, and packages.
Ensure reception and waiting area are always clean, organized, and presentable.
Handle meeting room bookings and assist with arrangements (tea, coffee, snacks).
Maintain office supplies (stationery, pantry items) and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
Support HR & Admin team with clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff for smooth office functioning.
Assist in scheduling interviews and guiding candidates to HR team.
Handle basic inquiries about company services and direct them to concerned departments.
