Job Description

Greeting Visitors:

Receptionists are often the first point of contact for anyone entering the organization. They are responsible for welcoming visitors, clients, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Answering Phone Calls:

Receptionists handle incoming phone calls, route them to the appropriate personnel, take messages, and provide general information about the organization.

Managing Emails:

Some receptionists are responsible for managing and responding to emails directed to a general organization email address.

Scheduling Appointments:

Receptionists often schedule appointments for clients, customers, or employees. This may involve using scheduling software or coordinating with other staff.

Handling Mail and Deliveries:

They may be responsible for receiving and distributing mail and packages, as well as sending outgoing mail.

Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area:

Receptionists ensure that the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable. They may also be responsible for ordering office supplies for the front desk area.

Security and Access Control:
