Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Manage the reception area to ensure a tidy and presentable workspace.
Administrative Support:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings as required.
Communication & Coordination:
Coordinate with internal departments to relay messages and inquiries.
Provide information to visitors and employees as needed.
Assist HR and admin teams with clerical tasks when required.
Office Management:
Keep track of office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
Assist in organizing events, meetings, and company activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a
Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar role
.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools
.
Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities
.
A professional, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude.
