Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming phone calls: answer, screen, and forward when necessary.
Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Administrative Duties:
Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., filing, scanning, data entry).
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars.
Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Handle courier services, travel bookings, and other logistical tasks.
Assist with document preparation, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and update office records, databases, and contact lists.
Support HR and finance departments with basic admin tasks as required.
