Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle reservations via phone, email, and in person.
Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Process payments and issue room keys.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Maintain accurate records and logs, including guest information and room availability.
Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality is a plus.
Prior experience in customer service or front desk role preferred.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Flexible with work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately.
