Job Description

We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality to create a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information both in person and over the phone/email. Receive and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries. Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars. Support administrative and clerical tasks as required by the management. Assist HR/Administration with documentation or coordination tasks when needed.

Requirements:



Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer service-oriented with a pleasant and professional appearance. Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th pass (depending on company policy).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
