Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and route them appropriately
Manage appointment schedules and maintain visitor records
Office Administration
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation
Maintain office records, registers, and basic reports
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements
Handle courier, mail, and office correspondence
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required
Coordination & Support
Assist management with routine administrative tasks
Support HR or accounts teams with basic coordination activities
