Role Summary

As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a pivotal role in embodying Candor IVF's values of warmth, professionalism, and efficiency. You will set the tone for patient interactions and contribute to the smooth functioning of the clinic's front office.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Greeting & Welcome

: Provide a friendly and reassuring welcome to patients and visitors, creating a calming and supportive atmosphere.

Appointment Coordination

: Handle phone and in-person appointment bookings, manage schedules across multiple branches, and maintain accurate time-slots.Candor IVFLybrate

Administrative Support

: Manage front-desk tasks--including patient registration, basic inquiries, document management, and facilitating communication between patients and medical staff.

Information & Guidance

: Offer clear, compassionate guidance on clinic services (e.g. IUI, IVF, ICSI, embryo freezing, ovulation protocols, etc.) and direct patients to relevant experts.Candor IVF+1

Coordination Across Branches

: Ensure consistency and efficiency in communication across our various locations in Surat, Bharuch, Vadodara, Jamnagar, Amreli, Veraval, and more.Candor IVF+1

: Able to put patients at ease with care and genuine concern.

Organized & Detail-Oriented

: Skilled at handling bookings and queues while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Team Player

: Works collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and administrators to streamline patient care.

Tech-Savvy with Compassion

: Comfortable with appointment software and administrative tools, while maintaining a personal touch.

Prior Experience in Healthcare

: Familiarity--especially in fertility centers or clinics--is a definite advantage but not mandatory.
