Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.
Answer and direct incoming calls, manage inquiries, and take messages.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Assist with customer appointments and showroom visits.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to enhance customer experience.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Female candidates preferred.
Prior experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or customer service role is an advantage (Freshers may apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
