Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations Showroom Management Daily sales Reports & Billing CRM, Emailing & Live-Chat In-Store Sales Product Display, Visibility & Presentation Understand Customer's requirements & provide recommendations. Delivery, Dispatches & Shipments Building Good Customer Relations Customer Queries & Grievances
Key Skills Required:

Good English & Hindi communication Pleasing Personality & Positive Mindset Persuasive selling and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Job Location - Lajpat Nagar 2, New Delhi

Working Hours - 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Monday Off)
