Manage front desk operations, including maintaining visitor logs and issuing badges.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, emails, and other communications.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth visitor experiences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment (e.g., printers, phone systems).
Professional appearance and attitude.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
