Job Summary:
We are seeking a smart, organized, and professional Front Office Executive/ Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will play akey role in ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently
Manage office supplies, mail, and courier services
Assist in scheduling, filing, and maintaining records
Support other departments with basic clerical and administrative tasks
Maintain a neat, organized, and presentable front office area
Requirements:
Prior experience in reception, front office, or administrative roles is preferred
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Pleasant personality, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills
