Key Responsibilities
Handle
incoming calls
and make
follow-up calls
to students/prospects
Welcome and assist visitors with basic course information
Maintain student inquiries and contact database (Excel / CRM)
Support in daily office administration and coordination
Share updates with the counselling/management team
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Punjabi preferred)
Pleasant personality with customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets)
Prior experience in
front desk / counselling / telecalling
preferred
