Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
Maintain the visitor logbook and issue visitor badges.
Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with all necessary stationery and material (brochures, forms, etc.).
Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Maintain employee attendance and movement registers if required.
Provide administrative support to the HR and Admin departments.
Assist in basic documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
Coordinate with office staff for day-to-day operational requirements.
Manage inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services to visitors and callers.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proven 2 years work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
