Receptionist / Front Desk Executive - Coworking Space
About the Role
We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our coworking space. This role involves handling enquiries, showing potential clients around the space, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp enquiries.
Welcome walk-in guests and potential clients, conduct tours of the space.
Manage bookings for meeting rooms and shared facilities.
Coordinate basic administrative tasks including billing support and record-keeping.
Provide assistance with minor office issues (e.g., printer support, internet complaints, basic troubleshooting).
Oversee cafeteria area (cleanliness, stock replenishment, coordinating with vendors).
Handle couriers and parcels - receiving, logging, and dispatching.
Ensure the coworking space is neat, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Act as the first point of contact for member requests, escalating issues to management when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred.
0-3 years of experience in customer service, reception, or admin roles.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Friendly, approachable personality with professional etiquette.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp for business).
Willingness to learn and handle day-to-day operational issues.
Compensation
Salary:
?22,000 - ?25,000 per month
(depending on experience).
