We are looking for a smart, confident, and friendly
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our overseas education consultancy. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk activities, guide walk-in students, and assist with administrative and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome walk-in students, parents, and visitors.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails professionally.
Maintain the student inquiry register and update daily follow-ups.
Provide basic information about study-abroad programs and visa services.
Coordinate with counsellors for student appointments and meetings.
Manage front-office cleanliness, documentation, and visitor records.
Support the admin and marketing teams with data entry and office coordination.
Qualification:
Any degree / diploma
Freshers welcome; training will be provided
