Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information about the school, its programs, and relevant policies.
Manage inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Administrative Support:
Oversee general administrative tasks such as answering phones, handling emails, and managing the front desk.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, attendance, and other relevant documentation.
Coordinate communication between the front office and other school departments.
Facility Management:
Manage the scheduling of meeting rooms and other shared spaces within the front office.
Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
Ensure a clean and organized front office area.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (administration, education, or related discipline).
Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in office software applications and familiarity with school management systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Leadership and supervisory experience.
