We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our organization, welcoming visitors and providing exceptional customer service. This role also includes a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Provide basic information to visitors and respond to inquiries
Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printer, fax machine)
Experience in customer service or administrative support
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: ₹8,962.79 - ₹22,400.12 per month
