Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties :
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department as needed
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries
- Telecalling and Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services
- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into customers
- Administrative Tasks :
- Maintain accurate records, including patient files and databases
- Assist with data entry, filing, and inventory management
- Manage billing and payment processing as required
Requirements and Skills:
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or administrative assistance are a plus
- Experience : Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but freshers can also apply
- Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Data entry and CRM handling skills
