Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.
Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Assist with office supplies inventory and procurement.
Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
