Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with a positive and professional attitude.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Handle inquiries related to ongoing or upcoming construction or real estate projects.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars for the team.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Assist in handling basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, engineering, and site teams.
Support HR/Admin with office event coordination and other clerical duties.
Qualifications and Requirements
Graduate in any
Proven experience as a receptionist or front office executive, preferably in a
construction or real estate
environment.
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi, and local language
.
Proficient in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced office.
