Role Summary:



The Floor Manager / Receptionist will be the first point of contact at the head office, responsible for front-desk operations while also overseeing floor-level coordination to ensure smooth daily office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner. Manage the front desk, incoming calls, and general inquiries. Maintain visitor records and coordinate meeting room usage. Oversee day-to-day floor operations and ensure office discipline. Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow and communication. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of the office floor. Support Admin and HR teams with basic documentation and coordination. Handle courier management, inward/outward registers, and document tracking. Assist management with scheduling, follow-ups, and internal coordination. Report operational or facility-related issues to the Admin Manager.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in receptionist, front office, or floor coordination roles. Good communication skills in English and Malayalam. Presentable, well-organized, and customer-oriented. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
