Key Responsibilities
Call Handling & Communication
Answer and route incoming
hyperlocal service calls
promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information to callers regarding services, schedules, and general inquiries.
Maintain a call log with details of customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns or requests.
Reporting & Documentation
Create, update, and maintain
Excel-based reports
on call volumes, issues, resolutions, and other operational data.
Ensure all data entries are accurate, timely, and well-organized.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly summaries as required by management.
Assist with documentation and filing (digital and physical).
Front Desk & Administrative Support
Welcome visitors and guide them appropriately.
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Support administrative tasks and coordination activities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Prior experience as a receptionist or call handler is an advantage.
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(data entry, basic formulas, formatting).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hyperlocal service environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer support or operations.
Familiarity with hyperlocal delivery, logistics, or service platforms.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and basic computer applications.
