Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain visitor records and manage front-desk operations.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and documentation.
Handle courier, mail, and other office correspondence.
Support other departments with clerical duties as needed.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Emailing, Printing, and Internet browsing.
