The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized manner
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and office requirements
Support HR and Admin team when required
Skills & Competencies
Good verbal and written communication skills
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Customer-service oriented attitude
Qualifications
Minimum: Graduate Passed
Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive is an advantage
Work Experience
2-5 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers can also apply)
Working Conditions
Full-time, office-based role
6 days working (as per company policy)
