1. Welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
3. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
4. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
5. Assist in maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
6. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
7. Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
8. Assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and internet research tasks.
9. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
10. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
11. Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
