Qualification : Any UG or PG Degree

Warmly

greet and receive patients, visitors, and attendants

in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming environment. Efficiently

handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing processes

using hospital management software (HMS). Provide accurate and timely

information about hospital services, departments, and facilities

to patients and visitors.

Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff

including doctors, nurses, and support departments to ensure smooth patient flow and minimize wait times. Manage

incoming calls and inquiries

, and guide patients to appropriate departments or service areas as needed. Maintain up-to-date

front office documentation

, including appointment logs, patient records, and daily reports. Ensure

compliance with hospital policies

, and established patient safety protocols. Uphold

confidentiality and security of patient records

and all sensitive information in accordance with privacy regulations. Assist in the

management of waiting areas
