Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly attitude
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain front desk security and organize visitor log
Handle administrative tasks like courier, stationery, and appointments
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and emails
Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
Presentable and professional demeanor
Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive is an advantage
