Job Summary:
We are looking for a
Receptionist
who can greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees courteously.
Maintain and update
visitor log registers
and ensure proper record keeping.
Issue
visitor badges / ID cards
and guide them to the appropriate department.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing mails and courier services.
Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the front desk and reception area.
Support HR/Administration teams with documentation and coordination when required.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office / computer applications
.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Ability to
multitask and handle pressure
.
Fluency in English and Tamil preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
