We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized

Receptionist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and managing administrative duties efficiently. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers. Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
