The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is responsible for managing the front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
Ensure compliance with security and confidentiality protocols.
