Position Overview
The
Receptionist
serves as the face of Motia Builders Group, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients, guests, and visitors. This role involves handling front-desk operations, managing phone calls, coordinating appointments, and supporting various administrative tasks to maintain efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure proper security procedures are followed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and office deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
Provide administrative support to departments when required (e.g., filing, data entry, documentation).
Manage office supplies inventory related to front-office operations.
Assist in handling inquiries regarding the company's projects, services, or contact information.
Ensure communication and coordination between departments for seamless office functioning.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred in Administration, Business, or related field).
Experience:
1-3 years of experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or in a similar customer-facing administrative role (real estate or construction industry experience is an advantage).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and reliability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
