Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and staff in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle front-desk operations including inquiries, registrations, and walk-ins.
Maintain attendance records and update all data properly.
Coordinate with Manager and counselors for scheduling appointments.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.).
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist with basic administrative and support tasks as required.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Prior experience in a front-office or receptionist role will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
